About This Association

For nearly nine decades, the West Virginia Chamber has been at the forefront of addressing critical issues facing our state, including education, economic development, and workforce readiness. Rooted in the belief that businesses can positively impact our state’s quality of life, we have emerged as proactive leaders, pioneering innovative solutions, and convening the brightest minds at our membership events. With members spanning the length and breadth of West Virginia, we collectively employ over half of the state’s workforce. The West Virginia Chamber advocates for the business community’s interests in shaping public policy, promoting ethical business practices and striving for a future where our state thrives economically, competes educationally, and preserves our environment responsibly.
